CharAge began with a simple observation.

As a child growing up in the westside of Atlanta, Georgia, Chris Ward could see the city's evolving skyline from a distance. It represented opportunity, but also the gap between what he had and what he wanted to achieve.

That gap became a lifelong question:What changes the trajectory of a life?

The answer was not money, education, or circumstance. It was character.
